Our Story

I have spent 25 years in marketing and brand strategy — the last decade building inside emerging markets, where process did not yet exist. I led marketing, strategy, and brand at TaxBit and Uphold while markets moved in real time. I also hired and fired agencies.

I learned something structural: most agencies are not built for how frontier markets move. Campaigns are briefed, layers are added, meetings multiply. By the time the deck is ready, the market has already shifted.

The issue is not talent. It is architecture.

From digital assets to AI-driven compliance infrastructure, we partner with founders and CEOs navigating complexity, entering new jurisdictions, shaping regulatory pathways, and building category-defining brands at the speed emerging markets demand.

It did not exist. So I built it.

Digital Future + Studio

Three Layers.

One Integrated Output.

Most agencies carry 30+ full-time salaries. Digital Future+ Studio works differently.

The Specialists

We deploy senior experts, not layered teams.

Specialists with real market fluency, matched to the mandate.

The Scale

Best-in-class experts. When you need capacity fast, this layer activates without onboarding friction or quality risk. Known quantities deployed at pace.

Agency Partners

Strategic relationships for scope that warrants it - paid media, large-scale PR campaigns, video production, and KOL management. Brought in when the work needs it. Stood down when it doesn't.

What This Means for You

Best-in-class strategy without prohibitive minimums.

Your budget goes into outcomes, not into funding someone else's org chart.

How to Work With Us

Digital Future offers multiple entry points depending on where you are in your journey. Every engagement is led by Michelle and built to scale up or down as needed.

No pitch. No pressure. Just an honest conversation about fit.

  • Not ready for a full engagement? Start here.

A 2–3 week intensive: GTM audit, strategic roadmap, and positioning workshop. You get recommendations that map your next 6–12 months, whether you execute with us or take it in-house.

This is the lowest-risk way to work together. Most Discovery Sprints convert to full retainers because by the end, we know your business and you trust the work.

    What you get:

    • Current state assessment (market position, competitive landscape, messaging gaps)

    • Strategic roadmap with prioritized initiatives

    • Positioning and narrative recommendations

    • 6-12 month execution plan

Best for: Funded projects that need strategic clarity before committing to a full engagement. $3,500+

  • Full-spectrum GTM strategy and execution.

Michelle leads strategy. Digital Future Studio handles execution through our three-layer model — specialist freelancers, standing talent bench, and agency partners activated on demand.

Retainers are custom-scoped based on your needs. Typical range: $5,000–$12,000/mo depending on scope, market complexity, and execution intensity.

    What's included:

    • GTM strategy and ongoing counsel (Michelle-led)

    • Market entry and expansion planning

    • Regulatory pathways and compliance positioning

    • Brand and category narrative development

    • Execution through Studio network (PR, content, community, analytics)

    • Digital Future House access during major events

Best for: Funded projects ready to build a sustained market presence.

  • Monthly advisory sessions with Michelle. Honest takes on positioning, GTM strategy, market timing, and regulatory navigation. Access to a vetted community of founders navigating the same inflections.

Not a mastermind. Not a course. Just direct access to someone who's built through multiple cycles and knows what works.

Best for: Founders who need strategic guidance but aren't ready to commit to a full engagement — or who want a sounding board alongside their internal team.

  • Need something specific? We can structure around it.
    Examples:

    • Market entry strategy for a new geography

    • Regulatory positioning and compliance narrative for a product launch

    • Category research and competitive landscape mapping

    • Investor narrative and fundraising materials

Pricing depends on scope and deliverables. Typical range: $8,000–$25,000 for a defined project with clear endpoints.

  • Most companies treat events as a marketing line item. We treat them as strategic infrastructure.

Digital Future offers full-spectrum event strategy and production — from year-long conference planning to curated side event execution. We help you answer the hard questions: Where should you show up? Who actually needs to be in the room? Is this serving your business goals or just filling the calendar?

    What we provide:

    Annual Event Strategy

    • Full-year conference and event roadmap aligned to business objectives

    • Prioritization framework: which events drive partnerships, which drive brand, which are noise

    • Budget allocation and ROI modeling

    • Speaker placement and panel opportunity strategy

    • Pre-event, at-event, and post-event activation plans

    Side Event Production

    • Concept development and positioning (what makes this worth attending)

    • Venue sourcing and logistics coordination

    • Curated invite list management (we control the room)

    • Speaker programming and moderation

    • Day-of production and execution

    • Post-event relationship activation and follow-through

    Executive Presence Strategy

    • Who from your team should attend which events (and why)

    • Speaking and panel prep for founders and executives

    • Media training for high-stakes moments

    • Network mapping: who you should meet, how to make it happen

    Ongoing Event Counsel

    • Retainer-based advisory for companies running multiple events per quarter

    • Real-time decision support: "Should we sponsor this?" "Is this worth the CEO's time?"

    • Coordination across teams (marketing, partnerships, product) so events serve the business, not egos

      Pricing:

      • Single event strategy & production: $8,000–$25,000 (depending on complexity, size, and production intensity)

      • Year-long event strategy retainer: $3,000–$6,000/mo (includes roadmap, prioritization, ongoing counsel, and 2–4 produced events per year)

      • Executive presence package: $5,000 (speaker prep, media training, network strategy for 1–2 key events)

Companies that are serious about events as a growth channel — not just a "nice to have." If you're spending six figures on conferences but can't point to closed deals or partnerships that came from them, we should talk.

Case in point: Digital Future House (our curated side events at DAS, Paris Blockchain Week, and Consensus) didn't happen by accident. It's the result of a decade of learning what actually works when the noise is high and attention is scarce.

  • Strategic home base during major industry moments.

Digital Future House runs curated side events at DAS (NYC), Paris Blockchain Week, and Consensus (Miami). These aren't networking happy hours — they're intentional, high-signal gatherings where senior operators, investors, and media actually meet.

    Partnership includes:

    • Co-hosting privileges and branding at the event

    • Curated invite list (we control the room)

    • Speaking or panel opportunity

    • Post-event relationship activation and follow-through

Best for: Projects that need to show up with intention, not just presence.

Upcoming: NYC (DAS) · Paris (PBW) · Miami (Consensus)

Our Ethos

Not Just Strategy. Acceleration.

We operate where regulation, innovation, and narrative converge, because that is where market leaders are created.

With more than a decade at the front lines of digital assets, crypto, and fintech, and 20+ years building globally recognized brands, we bring the instinct, relationships, and strategic firepower that shift trajectories and create categories. AI is integrated into everything we do, from insight and research to execution and measurement.

What Sets Us Apart

Proven Vision - We built brants before the market believed in them, against headwinds and through crypto winter(s).

Industry Native - From boardrooms to global stages, we bring credibility earned from being inside the room and deep insight into the audiences you need to reach. Our work spans digital assets, fintech, AI, and luxury across public and private sectors.

Founder Mentality - We move with urgency and focus. No bloat. No lag. Just disciplined impact, clear ownership, and measurable outcomes.

  • Cutting Waste. Closing $2M+ in Pipeline.

“We were spending $180K a year on conference sponsorships with no clear ROI. Michelle rebuilt our event strategy from the ground up, reduced our spend by 40%, focused us on three high-impact side events, and within six months we had two partnerships representing over $2M in pipeline.”

  • From Event Chaos to Strategic Leverage

“I was attending nearly one conference a month with no clear filter for what was actually driving the business. Michelle built a decision framework that separated signal from noise. We reduced our calendar to five targeted events, secured speaking roles at three of them, and I reclaimed over 40 days of executive time. We closed a strategic partnership at one of those events, and the team no longer treats conferences as a distraction.”

  • Less Noise, More Value

“We cut 12 conferences down to 5, structured high-impact speaking roles, and closed a strategic partnership. I gained back 40+ days and realigned our event strategy to revenue.”

  • Protecting Brand Equity While Unlocking Institutional Growth

“We were preparing for a full rebrand to appeal to institutional audiences. Michelle challenged the premise. Our brand equity lived with developers, and changing the name would have fractured that trust. Instead of a cosmetic overhaul, we refined our messaging to speak to compliance officers and institutional buyers without alienating our core community. We avoided over $200K in unnecessary agency spend, preserved our developer base, and maintained institutional pipeline momentum.”

On The Road

Event season is here. But the real question isn’t where you’re showing up. It’s how

Most conferences are expensive, time-consuming, and increasingly pay-to-play. They pull senior teams out of the business and put them in rooms that often compete with product, customers, and revenue.

At the same time, we are seeing companies slash budgets and reduce teams. In this environment, the necessity of being precise about when, where, and how you show up has never been more important.

So the strategic question becomes:

  • Who actually needs to be in the room?

  • Where do real partnerships and deals actually form?

  • Is the value on the main stage, or in the side conversations?

  • And does this serve your business goals, or just fill the calendar?

  • More often than not, the real work happens around the conference, not at it.

Side events, when curated with intention, are where trust is built, positions are shaped, and markets quietly move. When done right, “adjacent” becomes essential. Digital Accord is one example of how this approach can outperform traditional visibility plays.

This is the lens we use at The Digital Future and Digital Future Studio: we treat events as strategic infrastructure, not marketing line items.

Upcoming Key Events:

Digital Future House is designed as an elevated home base alongside major events. A place for senior leaders, operators, and partners to engage in curated, high-signal conversations without the noise of the main conference floor.

If you or your team are interested in using this platform as a strategic home base or exploring partnership opportunities around these moments, we are happy to discuss.

I have had the privilege of working in this industry for over a decade. I have experienced multiple bull and bear markets and have helped build global brands across very different seasons and cycles. One constant remains. The companies that win are the ones that show up with intention, not excess.
